I used boneless, skinless chicken thighs and cut them into bite sized pieces. I also chopped up 5 garlic cloves and added a bundle of green onions and sauteed them with the mushrooms. I doubled the marsala, chicken broth and cream because I cooked a lot of chicken. It was still a great meal.
